SHIPPING TERMS

The main HUBs of SpyBro is based in the Warsaw and we have several stocks throughout Poland. We take care of your receiving the order in time, so every parcel is sent out within 1 business day. We also deliver our products WORLDWIDE.

Placing an order, you will be offered two types of delivery to choose from:
    Time of processing: 1–2 days after receiving payment.

    After you place your order on the website, our manager will contact you by email so as to confirm your shipping address. If you do not provide us with updated shipping instructions within 1 business day, we will ship the ordered parcel to the address mentioned while the payment was done.

    The day when we receive your address confirmation or passed 1–2 business days, your parcel will be shipped out, and you will receive to your email a unique tracking number. The tracking number permits you tracing the status of your order. Please, note that we do not bear responsibility for any customs fee or other kind of payment that the customer may be charged in their country when receiving the item.

    Express. You can also choose express delivery to receive your order in 1-5 business days only. We work with DHL courier that have proved their superior delivery service.
    Standard. If you choose standard delivery while making an order, your parcel will be sent by DPD courier. The delivery time until 10 business days.

    PAYMENT TERMS

    We accept PayPal payment, ordinary bank transfer. For bank transfer we suggest you to use TransferWise because it helps you to avoid big transfer commission.

    Payment by debit/credit card VISA or MasterCard also accepted.
